Having the opportunity to be a part of this course has been a wonderful experience.
The simple way of altering eating and the benefit gained and knowing that if I slip up it is easy to return to the suggested foods.
Having meditation as a twice a day exercise is very calming and relaxing for my mind.
I believe I have lost around 5kg and my ability to listen more calmly to conversations which would have previously created anger in me is a great feeling.

What I thought was extremely good was Charlie stating that having individuals take responsibility for their health and not relying on mainstream or alternate health too heavily is the goal we need to aim for.
A good diet, no sugar, sensible exercise, meditation and definitely the support of the group was a real help in achieving a better way to start the year.
