Dee Simpson - "I feel empowered with "choice" not compulsion".

This program was the kick start I needed to maintain a healthier lifestyle. Since starting the program I have cut out all sodas, candy, Ice cream, most Gluten, etc. I am very conscious of what goes in my gut. I still have room for improvement but I feel empowered with " choice" not compulsion!

I really connected with what you said in the energy session about for some, healing gifts come in the moment of need. I believe the gift is awakening in me :)
